It's the reverse for me!
Alex, hehe - sometimes, me too. First drafts can be rough. Then again, I agonize over the 2nd draft too:)
*laughs* I can't even get to the end of the first draft for a novel. So you're all beating me.
But Deborah, you're one of the few succesful short story writer's that I know!
I'm with the second draft group right now. Man to do I understand their frustration lol!!!
Angela, for sure 2nd drafts are hard, because then you try to be perfect!
Yep, I'm with Alex. I like the editing process.
Claire, my problem with the 2nd draft is that I know I have to take out all the weak sentences/verbs/other words. It can be frustrating:)
I'm hoping to get Writer's High tomorrow!
Rachel, lol. It's the best high ever:)
I SO relate to that! Although I don't particularly like the editing process, I do like how my work shines when it is finished.Michellewww.michelle-pickett.com
Michelle, I think we all relate to both sides at some point. It's the writer's lot in life:)
