Friday Funnies: You Have to Let Go

Thank you Debbie Ohi

It's hard to let go of your baby, that bun you warmed in the oven and nurtured for months and then gave birth to. And then it grows up and goes through trials and tribulations, but you stick with it through thick and thin, sickness and health, for better or worse...oh...wait - forgot where I was going with this. just to send it out into the cruel world where people see it's faults and flaws, and after you raised it to be so good, too.

But sometimes, you just gotta kick
it out of the nest and hope it can fly!

Am I trying to tell you something here?
Why yes. Yes I am. *winks*

Come back on Monday to find out...

  2. That is 110% me every time I send my work to a reader. I always have to cut my disclaimers short and just hit 'send' :-D

  5. Letting go is like dropping your toddler off to preschool for the first day. You don't know who is crying more. You or the baby.

    1. Kittie, it is so hard! But hopefully by letting go you don't lose a book, but gain a reading audience:)
