Most of mine come from movies, but not sure that's weird.
Alex, not weird at all. Sometimes I get ideas from television.
I get ideas when I'm hiking or jogging. I think it's a distraction technique: tell myself stories so I don't think about all my huffing and puffing. Hmmm ...maybe that is weird.
Julie, I get ideas when jogging, too. Too bad I don't usually carry a pen at the time...instead I try to anchor the idea in my brain. Doesn't always work, lol!
I get ideas when I'm driving, showering, washing the dishes, during sex..yes. During sex. And spin class. Oh and museums.Hugs and chocolate,Shellyhttp://secondhandshoesnovel.blogspot.com/2012/09/the-be-otching-blurb.html
Shelly, just about everywhere, huh?
My ideas come anytime and any place: while walking, meditating, visiting new places, reading or watching movies.
Rachna, I think I'd better pay closer attention when ideas drift through my mind. I'm usually so preoccupied.
Walking, driving, and for some odd reason, shopping.
Candilynn, I'm coming to the conclusion that ideas come when your mind is open. I need to quit being so preoccupied, I think:)
It's like it is almost necessary to have a pen and pad at the ready beside the shower lol!!
Angela, I have a pad and pen on my nightstand and in my purse, but not the shower - yet:)
My ideas come to me when everything around me is quiet: driving by myself, cooking, or just before I fall asleep. Like you said, when the mind is open.
Yay! You left a comment! I love comments.
