Friday Funnies: Alphabet Soup


I wish ideas came to me in alphabet soup!

Instead, my bright ideas usually come at an inconvenient moment, like while driving or sleeping (not at the same time, lol!).

    I get ideas when I'm hiking or jogging. I think it's a distraction technique: tell myself stories so I don't think about all my huffing and puffing. Hmmm ...maybe that is weird.

      Julie, I get ideas when jogging, too. Too bad I don't usually carry a pen at the time...instead I try to anchor the idea in my brain. Doesn't always work, lol!

    I get ideas when I'm driving, showering, washing the dishes, during sex..yes. During sex. And spin class. Oh and museums.

    My ideas come to me when everything around me is quiet: driving by myself, cooking, or just before I fall asleep. Like you said, when the mind is open.
