I know a lot of you are doing your
happy dance with the little darlings
going back to school.
This is for you!
Thank you Debbie Ohi |
Did anyone see the lady on the news who busted out a move when she dropped her kids off at the bus stop on the first day of school? It was hilarious!
How many of you are doing happy dances with the kids back in school?
What are you doing with the "extra" time?
I'm actually getting housework done! I cleaned the laundry room yesterday! Whoo hoo! I almost never cut in to my writing time when Lulu is home from school, but everything else suffers for it. Back to school means back to vacuuming around here. :D
ReplyDeleteLaura, lol! I know what you mean, though. It's easier to clean house when nobody's home.
Deletewe've been back for a month, but still happy! just watching out for germs now!
ReplyDeletehave a peaceful weekend!
Tara, yeah - I've seen some of those germy posts already. *shivers*
DeleteIf only I was at home to enjoy the silence.
ReplyDeleteJOshua, lol! Silence is golden:)
DeleteCool pics. Love the mummy who wants her writing time.
ReplyDeleteRachna, for sure. May all the mummys have sacred writing time.
DeleteI love the comic strip. It's actually funny, because I have a little less time now. The Chipmunk has homework that she needs a bit of help with or to have me review and that takes time. But I'm glad she's back in a learning environment.
ReplyDeleteAngela, I do remember those days. Studying for spelling words and all that. Sort of miss those days:)
DeleteHahaha! It's always good to check out your Friday funnies :-)
ReplyDeleteI don't have kids yet, but I'm sure one day I will understand this feeling!
Rachel, I know from experience that back-to-school is just all around good for parents:)
DeleteThis is so true!
ReplyDeleteFunny! I write during preschool. And I clean after preschool.
