Shelly, the artwork is by my illustrator Corona Zschusschen. The company who printed them is HighQualityPrints.com. I worried about ordering them online, but it worked out fine.

Leave them at Starbucks, right next to the iTunes and app cards at the register. Or where people get their coffee. Or the library. Or the bookstore. Bus stop. Hell, just everywhere!
Joshua, that's a great idea. It could be all official, just like iTunes cards.
Definitely take them to local schools and libraries and let them know you're interested in author visits. It worked for me. :)
